kopiosatu SG i played football yesterday on a super uneven pitch. near the end when i tried running back to defend, suddenly i felt my back give way and i couldn't run. now its just aching a little... should i be seeing a doctor?

kopiosatu SG its more like a backache. a lingering pain that won't go away on my lower back. and i don't think i can go for my jogs for a while. but hey, i've been losing weight~!!!! i've lost 4 kg~

viciouskitty74 SG I found another bottle of the peppermint snhapps. Its alcoholic lah. Going to make another batch of Hot Chocolate Ovaltine and throw in the snhapps & some new whipped cream on top. My nightcap for the week is finally going alcoholic again. I still dont know what to do with that big bottle of kuala. I dont want to drink kopi & make tiramisu when kids & sis cannot take caffeine & alcohol lah.
honeymouse SG No harm to see a doctor to get it checked out anyway. It might help taking some anti-inflammatory tablets (like Neurofen) too.
viciouskitty74 SG Didnt get the chance, plus family members arent taking alcohol or coffee. and i found out today, why my brother in law has been ordering diet coke instead of beer for lunches & dinners these few weekends. He was banned from beer. Sis says he is short tempered with the kids when he drank beer. i went: Oh that poor man!
